APANI WINE is a doc Italian wine, Garda doc wine. Produced in purity from totally organic vines located on Garda Lake hills, this incredible wine contains all the characteristics of a territory rich in clay and white limestone that give rise to high quality vines. The grapes are manually harvested in the last weeks of October, then they are dried in small wooden boxes in a controlled humidity room for about 2 months. The Pinot Nero grapes ages in French oak barriques for about 24 months where it acquires great expression, powerful structure and very long persistence to the taste. Apani Wine Pinot Nero Garda Doc is the ideal companion for any meal, it pairs perfectly with dishes based on red meats, roasts, wilds, salami and aged cheeses. This wine is produced pure as nature intended.
