Blanc de Noirs Garda Doc

The more than secular origins of the wine history of Lake Garda are reflected in the Apani® Wine Blanc de Noirs Garda Doc. The blend consists exclusively of Pinot Noir. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, while aging is used in partly in steel containers and partly in barriques. Subsequently, the wine ages on the lees for 20-26 months, and it is this last stop that enriches the wine by giving it depth and a unique taste. The Blanc de Noirs APANI® has a bright straw yellow color, with a perlage of unique finesse to the nose is perky, enriched with floral references of lime and jasmine to other fruity such as peach and citrus. The sip, crunchy and slender, is striking for its extreme freshness and drinkability, but is enriched by a well-integrated creaminess. It is ideal to accompany aperitifs and delicate fish-based dishes, both sea and lake, creating interesting combinations even with preparations such as soups and risottos. A special, gritty and extremely elegant wine.
